Building a Strong Core with Pilates for Men
Building a Strong Core with Pilates for Men is a 4 class series with Natalie designed to target common issues in Men, but can benefit everyone. Through 4 30-minute whole body workouts, you will work your core while working through tight hips and low back stabilization. Included in this series are 4 10-minute special topics on planks, hip mobility and strength, pushups, and low back that can help you get ideas for how you can best support your body through these classes and throughout your day.
