Movement Essentials: Getting Started with Pilates

This 28-day program uses the principles of an embodied Pilates practice. You will build confidence to move and get stronger safely in the privacy of your own home at your own pace. By the end of this program you will better understand your unique body and be noticeably stronger with a consistent movement routine.

Essential Mat Pilates with Natalie | 4 Class Series

This four class series is just you and your mat. Natalie will take you through both Pilates and Pilates-inspired exercises to help you feel strong, energized, and balanced throughout your day. These classes will involve essential level exercises, but modifications will be given for those who do not feel ready for some exercises. There is an optional progression of exercises across these four classes, but they can be done in any order. Please do not workout without the permission of your doctor, move at your own pace, and do not do any exercise that causes you pain. 50 Minute Mat Pilates Level 3 with Elaine

This 50 Minute workout is a full body challenge that progresses into come intermediate and advanced material. You can take this mat-only workout with you anywhere, any time for an energizing Pilates class.
