This four class series is just you and your mat. Natalie will take you through both Pilates and Pilates-inspired exercises to help you feel strong, energized, and balanced throughout your day. These classes will involve essential level exercises, but modifications will be given for those who do not feel ready for some exercises. There is an optional progression of exercises across these four classes, but they can be done in any order. Please do not workout without the permission of your doctor, move at your own pace, and do not do any exercise that causes you pain.
