Getting Stronger with Pilates with Laura | Level 1
This series includes 4 level 1 classes of 20 minutes using the Pilates principles to move through a series of exercises. After moving your body through all planes of motion you will feel energized and thoroughly challenged! These classes are appropriate for anyone just starting to exercise or for those dealing with injury or if you just want a toned-down workout. Traditional Pilates exercises are not the focus, but are the foundation for these classes.
