Getting Stronger with Pilates with Laura | Level 2
This series includes 4 level 2 classes of 20 minutes using the Pilates principles to move through a series of exercises. Your body’s stability and awareness will be challenged as you move through all planes of motion. These classes are appropriate for anyone ready for a quicker paced and more challenging workout than level 1. Traditional Pilates exercises are not the focus, but are the foundation for these classes.
