Strength, Balance, Posture with Lauren | Level 1
Keeping your bones healthy is a lifelong endeavor, and it’s never too early or late to get started! This Strength Balance Posture class with Lauren is designed to build strength in a balanced way and is safe for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Lauren will focus on increasing the strength of your muscles and bones while also challenging your balance. And, you’ll improve your postural muscles along the back side of your body.
This Level 1 class is geared to those who are newer to exercising or are looking for a more moderate challenge, but are comfortable moving through a variety of positions such as hands and knees, lying on back and stomach, and some moderate balance challenges.
Suggested props: mat, chair for balance, theraband, light hand weights (2-5lbs), medium hand weights (5-8lbs).
